Vota CNC is proud of the quality of our products and does our best to ensure orders are filled with unblemished products. Due to the nature of our current products, the laborious process and custom nature, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there are defects.

Refunds / Returns

All products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If your refund request is received and accepted after the product ships, you will additionally be responsible for the shipping costs to ship your item and return it.

If products are damaged during shipping, Vota CNC will work with you, the customer, to resolve the incident with the shipping provider. Any items lost in shipping or damaged due to the shipper is not the responsibility or obligation of Vota CNC. If a case is opened with the shipper and insurance covers damages, resolution, payment and machining a replacement will be required before we can replace the order.

Valid returns will be determined case by case.
